La Campesina del Cacao SPR DE RL DE CV, is an organization of 11 cocoa producers, located in Comalcalco, Tabasco. They produce authentic products derived from cocoa, offering maximum quality control, from manufacturing to marketing in harmony with nature, in addition to focusing on consumer satisfaction, they seek to generate welfare to their employees and community.
They have:
– Small artisan chocolate factory.
– Registered trademark La campesina (powdered products).
– Registered trademark Embajadoras del cacao (chocolate bars).
Among the main products produced are: handmade chocolates, powdered chocolate, powdered chorote, powdered chocolate, cocoa, cocoa butter, and workshops on making handmade chocolates (roasting process in a clay pan, wood fire, shelling, metate and mill grinding technique, chocolate foaming with a traditional grinder) and pozol tastings with different sweets (cocoa heart, coconut, wild papayita, real lemon, among others.
